The mission of Todd A Moffatt, M.D. Surgery is to provide patients and the community with the safest, most innovative and advanced surgical procedures and treat them compassionately and respectfully. Dr Moffatt and his staff pledge to use their skills and training to improve the lives entrusted to their hands. The office of Todd a Moffatt, M.D. Surgery provides the highest level of general surgery care available for Central Texas residents. After nearly 15 years of practice in Waco, Dr Moffatt opened his own private practice in 2010, which allows for more efficient and personal care to patients.
